Most of us have been to school up to the age of 15

but after school you are left to your own devices,

so it's important to teach yourself new ways of doing things.

Books help you with finding new ways.

We all go to the supermarket to buy food to feed our body,

likewise we need to spend money to buy food for thought.

When you're not feeding your body you will start to whither

away, similarly, when you don't give yourself food for thought,

all the problems and issues start to encroach on you

and things become more troublesome.

There are lots of books available with self help tips

that can guide you on your journey through life.

The Books on Prescription website will show you

where to look.

Your mind is like a radio tuner.

You can tune in on your problems but it's better to focus on

want you actually want.

Books can help to fine tune your mind to how you want your life

to be.

A lot of these books are available on the internet,

almost any writer will have a "dot com"

for example Susan Jeffers you can find here

www.SusanJeffers.com

Start now and make it a daily habit to read, even if it is only

one page. For example Lynda Field she wrote a book "365

Great Life" or "The instant Lifecoach"

Of course, most of the books are available on tape or CD.

Go to this website for my book;

"Life is Wonderful Make it Happen!"

And join the group below to tell others about the books

that were of help to you;
